When we checked out Paladar, we tried the Cuban ceviche and the Sandwich Paladar, a yummy mashup of Cuban and Mexican flavors with marinated piglet and Oaxaca cheese. Both were amazing. After checking it out, we can say the praise is well deserved.
BHMD is a bit different from other San Antonio delis. It’s open only four days a week, Thursday through Sunday, from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m., or until they sell out – and they sell out fast! So, it’s smart to get there early to avoid missing out on some of the best sandwiches in town.
People love the Italian hoagie, pastrami reuben, and cheesesteak at BHMD restaurants in San Antonio. We tried the hot pastrami sandwich and absolutely loved the fresh rye bread, hot pastrami, gooey cheese, and zesty mustard. Big flavors from a small counter.
